Terms of use

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms govern the use of wikiai.uz (the "Site"). By visiting the Site, reading articles or creating an account you agree to the rules below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

  • Administration — the team that runs the Site.
  • User — any person using the Site.
  • Content — articles, texts, images, comments and other material.
  • Service — everything the Site offers: reading, search, writing articles, the AI assistant.

2. Using the service

Reading articles is free and requires no registration. Writing and editing articles and using the AI assistant require an account. The Site is provided "as is": the administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular result, and the service may pause because of maintenance or faults.

3. Accounts and security

  • Use a real email address when registering.
  • You are responsible for your password and for access to your account.
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes, view counts or ranking is prohibited.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation is prohibited.
  • Accounts found in breach may be restricted or deleted without warning.

4. Content requirements

An article must cover a clear topic, be written in plain language and rest on verifiable information. Sources should be given for statistics, dates, quotes and claims. Text taken from another site may be published only with a link to the source and with the rights holder's permission.

5. Prohibited material

The following is strictly prohibited and is blocked automatically:

  • pornography and sexual content; any such material involving minors — the account is deleted immediately in that case;
  • terrorism, extremism, incitement to violence or its justification;
  • instructions for making, selling or obtaining weapons, explosives, narcotic or psychotropic substances;
  • fraud, trade in stolen data, hacking instructions, malicious code;
  • texts inciting hatred on grounds of nationality, race, religion, gender or any other characteristic;
  • encouragement of suicide or self-harm;
  • publication of personal data without the owner's consent;
  • unsourced "advice" that creates risk in medical, legal or financial matters;
  • advertising, spam, or texts written only to drive traffic to another site;
  • any material contrary to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Moderation

Every article passes an automatic check before publication. Anything suspicious stays invisible to the public and goes to the administrator's queue. The administration reserves the right to publish an article, return it for revision, hide it, mark it as spam or delete it. You may appeal a decision through the contact page.

7. Copyright

Authors keep the rights to the text they write and grant the administration a perpetual, royalty-free licence to publish, store, translate and promote it on the Site. When reusing material from the Site, wikiai.uz must be credited as the source with an active link.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, contact us with the page link and evidence of your rights — on a justified request the material is removed within 24 hours.

8. AI-assisted text

The Site provides an AI assistant. Text produced by AI may contain errors, and checking it before publication is the author's responsibility. Fully generated, unverified and meaningless texts are treated as spam. Using the AI assistant to bypass the rules, obtain prohibited content or alter system instructions is prohibited.

9. Technical limits

Excessive automated requests, bulk scraping, circumventing protective mechanisms and attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited. When such activity is detected the IP address is blocked automatically.

10. Advertising

Third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, may be displayed on the Site. The administration is not responsible for the content of adverts. Ad blocks are placed apart from the article text. For cookies and ad systems see the privacy policy.

11. Limits of liability

Information on the Site is provided for general educational purposes and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or technical advice. The administration is not liable for user-submitted content or for damage arising from its use. Links to external sites are provided for convenience — responsibility for their content rests with those sites.

12. Changes to these terms

The administration may change these terms unilaterally. A new version takes effect when it is published on this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are resolved primarily through negotiation and, failing agreement, in the manner prescribed by law.

14. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@inpay.uz or the contact form.
