An error in an article
Give the article link, the exact sentence that is wrong and, if you can, a source for the correct information. Confirmed errors are fixed, and for significant changes the article's update date is refreshed. This is the most useful kind of message we receive.
Copyright
If material on the site infringes your rights, include in your message: the WikiAI page link, a link to the original or its publication date, evidence that you are the rights holder, and a way to contact you. On a justified claim the material is removed or the attribution corrected within 24 hours.
Illegal or unacceptable content
If you spot an article that slipped past the automatic check, send us the link. Such reports are handled out of turn. What exactly is prohibited is described in the terms of use.
Advertising and partnerships
Write here about placing advertising, content partnerships, or republishing our articles with attribution. Offers of "sponsored articles" that would shape editorial content are not accepted.
Account questions
If you cannot sign in, have trouble resetting your password, or want your account and articles deleted, write from the email address linked to the account. What we do with your data is described in the privacy policy.
Response times
Messages are reviewed on working days between 09:00 and 19:00 Tashkent time. Ordinary questions get an answer within 24 hours; copyright and illegal-content reports are handled as fast as possible. Replies may be delayed at weekends.
